• Creation of a comprehensive wedding information packet, including a detailed wedding timeline

• Support with sourcing personal items, stationery, and signage

• Coordination of vendors and wedding party logistics

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination (additional fee may apply if off-site)

• Final vendor confirmations prior to wedding day

 

Wedding Day Management

• Full direction of ceremony processional and key moments

• Management and execution of the wedding day timeline

• Cueing of wedding party, family members, and special events

• Complete setup and styling oversight of ceremony and reception spaces

• Placement of personal details (guest book, place cards, favors, signage, etc.)

• Primary point of contact for all vendors throughout the event

• Guest, family, and wedding party assistance as needed

• On-site coordination team: Lead Planner + Assistant Coordinator

• Up to 12 hours of on-site coverage to ensure seamless execution and a stress-free experience

• Management of wedding day timeline and flow of events

• Primary point of contact for vendors on wedding day

• Assistance with wedding party, family, and guest coordination as needed

• Ensure smooth execution so you can remain fully present throughout your celebration

Scheduling Note

 

Typical coverage windows include:

• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

 

All setup and breakdown must occur within the contracted 8-hour timeframe.
