• Coordination of ceremony processional and key formalities

• Primary point of contact for all vendors

• Assistance with wedding party, immediate family, and guest direction

• Oversight of designated personal décor placement and end-of-night collection
  (welcome table, card/gift table, favors, seating chart, etc.)

 

Coverage Windows Example 

Typical coverage windows include:

• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
